Miles Mahan, MD opened Skin Perfections Med Spa with the mission to provide excellent and effective medical grade treatments for skin care. The latest technology is now available at Skin Perfections. Dr. Mahan and his staff of experienced estheticians, nurse practitioners and certified laser technicians have the tools and the expertise to help you with your cosmetic skin concerns.

Dr. Mahan graduated from Texas Tech School of Medicine in 1992. He is board certified in OB/GYN and developed an interest in skin care out of his desire to help his patients. He knows that healthy skin and wellness can improve ones outlook, and improve their quality of life. He realized that the new technology of skin care was a natural extension of his current practice of helping women with their health concerns. He and his staff are certified in the use of lasers, intense pulsed light, acoustic wave therapy, and skin tightening equipment.

Dr. Mahan has also completed advanced training in Botox applications and Dermal fillers. He also has completed the prestigious Fotofacial RF training instructed by Drs. Bitter and Mulholland, the originators of the photorejuvenation technique. Dr. Mahan is a member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Cathy Marshall - Licensed Esthetician

Cathy Marshall is a longtime resident of Kingwood, Texas. A Licensed Esthetician since 2007, Cathy has worked for Skin Perfections Med Spa for since 2009. Besides being an accomplished Esthetician, she is an experienced laser technician, having achieved certification on all laser platforms and completed advanced training as well.

Her practical experience has made her a favorite of our customers, performing numerous procedures including: Laser hair reduction, Laser Vein Removal, Photorejuvenation, and Skin Tightening, as well as Chemical peels, facials, and Microdermabrasion. She is proficient with Skin Perfections Sciton Profile system as well as Syneron's e-Light System, and is excellent in choosing the right system and combination that will work best for her clients.

Cathy has a passion for learning and enjoys educating patients in the necessities of skin care. She appreciates that informed patients are better equipped to make decisions regarding their skin health. Cathy regularly attends cosmetic seminars and training classes for continuing education and is also excited to work under Dr. Mahan who implements education and awareness to his patients.
